REGISTRATION VIA FAX OR MAIL

To register via fax or by mail, fill out a registration form which is available here. You will be sent to a screen that has the registration form in PDF format. If your computer has Adobe Acrobat Reader, you should have no problem printing out the registration form, which you can then complete and mail or fax.
